Dean Road Back to School Reminders

We are so excited to see you all back at Dean Road this coming week! Your teacher placement letter should be arriving soon! 

This is a reminder that Meet the Teacher is on Thursday, August 6th from 10:00-12:00. You can drop in any time to meet your teacher and see your classroom. There will be important information to complete with your teacher, such as transportation information for your student, so please make plans to attend Meet the Teacher!

The First Day of School is on Friday, August 7th! We are so excited to welcome our old students back and meet our new DRES students! Drop off begins at 7:10 for buses and the car line will begin around 7:15 or when all the buses have unloaded. Parents are allowed to walk their students into their classrooms the first day, but please do not park in the car loop if you are walking your child in. Dismissal will begin at 2:35 with buses leaving first followed by the car line. If you are planning to use the car line for pick up you will receive your pick up cards at Meet the Teacher. Please enter the car line on Samford (past the tennis courts and central office building) and the car line will turn right onto Dean Road and into the school loop.
